From the moment of Branch foundation in May 2000 we have not allotted before us a task to conquer big segment of local market. First of all stress was laid on servicing big clients, who for a long period of time have cooperated with us in a rather successful way. But in connection with changes in business situation in banking market of Dalnevostochny region the Branch is having intention to carry on more aggressive policy in the banking services market, to participate more actively in economic and social life of the region, to provide its clients with whole series of new banking products, attracting for servicing not only big enterprises, but also small and medium business, as well as natural persons. We would work hard at strengthening status of universal credit institution, capable to satisfy the most exacting demands. Which, in its turn, would allow us to achieve broad diversification of clients' base, as well as to increase prestige of our bank in regional business circles.

Settlement and cash services

Settlement and cash services have always been one of the guidelines of branch activities. However, this type of services is being offered by every Bank and it is rather difficult to stand out. We are laying stress on accessibility of service (rather advantageous tariffs), quality of servicing and completeness of services; we are working in such a way that for the client it would be only necessary to tell what he want and, the rest would be done by our specialists. In actual fact this is a «turnkey service». We are well aware of the fact that much is depending on level of servicing, on that attention, which is paid to each client. Relevantly small Bank could effect servicing of each client in an individual way. This distinguishes us from big banks, which are effecting servicing of clients mostly in «an endless stream» and which pay individual attention mostly to big clients. As for us we do not subdivide out clients into big and small. Taking into consideration that the branch is not located in business center of Vladivostok, we have reflected this fact in our tariffs. For example: for installation of «Bank to Client» system it is quite enough to have computer with internet connection and to pay 900 Roubles for installation of the system. We do not take monthly payments for operation of «Client-to-Bank» system. Or: there should not be paid any Bank commission for delivery of documents and payment orders by fax on client's request. Payment cards

For the last time list of offered services has been gradually increased. The Branch is making its best to attract clients with the help of favorable terms and conditions. By way of actively distributing in the market the whole spectrum of cards belonging to international payment system EuroCard/MasterCard, we are trying to make process of purchasing cards much easier and more convenient for clients. Thus, for opening MasterCard Gold it is not demanded to put on card account substantial amount, as the so called initial installment or insurance deposit (unlike in case of other banks). Furthermore, we do not determine minimum balance limit. The card is indeed making for You only $70.

Individual safes

With the Bank there is depositary of individual safes for storage of clients' valuables. This type of servicing has gained already popularity among all our Clients.

Cash remittances

Western Union

Through local branch of JSC «Baltic Development Bank» one could make cash remittances all round Russia and abroad. Furthermore, there exists possibility to get advantage of Western Union system and to remit cash assets without opening bank account. It is rather convenient and profitable for those who give compliments and support to their relatives, living in other countries and regions of the country. It is simply necessary to fill in application and in 15 minutes cash assets would be with the addressee.

American Express Cheques

In July 2005 Bank signed agreement with American Express company. Respectively, already now from 9-00 till 18-00 without break Branch of Baltic Development Bank in Vladivostok could offer its clients travellers' cheques of the above payment system. Travelles' cheques are very convenient when travelling abroad: they do not come within export limit for cash assets, in case of loss they are subject to be restored within 24 hours after addressing service center.

Furthermore, travelles' cheques are serving as an alternative to plastic cards.

Cheque is American Express company property and should be accepted in any place of the world without any limitations. In Russia and all round the world American Express system is allowing only those credit institutions to operate travellers' cheques, whose business reputation have been proved by long-term successful activities in the market of bank services.
