Nevertheless, we single out some of the areas of activities that we consider the most perspective:
- work with corporate clients sites of medium and minor size. In regard to provision of credit products we are oriented mainly on credits to already acting business. With timely provision of information from a potential borrower we are ready to consider the loan application within 3 working days. It should be noted that the provision of financing or borrowed capital for investment projects is currently not our priority goal.
- work with physical persons. We provide the line of deposits that allows save and congest the savings dependent on Your needs. You can choose the deposit that will guarantee you the receipt of monthly interest income, or the deposit with the receipt of the interest income at the end of its term. There are replenished deposits, deposits that allow partial withdrawal of amounts and require maintenance of the definite irreducible balance. Besides, you can always make favorable foreign exchange in our bank offices, conduct payments through accounts opened with us, receive your plastic card in a timely manner, and conduct transfers without opening accounts and many other things. The Bank provides loans to physical persons on the security of property. The time of considering the credit application is 5 working days. It should be noted that provision of consumer credits is currently not our key type of activity.
The Bank follows the balanced policy to set up the rate for deposit credit products. The rate to attract resources (deposits) are set up as a rule slightly higher than the average on the market. At that we are not at the level of banks attracting short-term resources to be used in investment projects. The crediting rates are established taking into account the market opportunities and particularities of a specific borrower.
The basis of our client policy is the approach that insures the maximum quality of services and long-term partnership. We grow together with our Clients, creating the climate of mutual trust between our Bank and Clients. The Bank constantly works on enlargement of its product line. Our Clients often help in these efforts. Their requests and comments are never left unattended.
During all the years of our work there wasn?t a single case when the Bank would refuse to fulfill its obligations to its Clients.
